Alpine Stampings buys electrical steel direct from the mills and does not take material offers from traders or stockists. That position is set out in full under bought direct from the mills, and it is worth reading before registering: an offer of CRGO or CRNO from a stockist will not be taken up, whatever the price.
What is bought is everything around the steel — tooling and tool-room services, slitting and conversion, consumables and packing, transport, and equipment and maintenance. The category list on the form is that list.
